ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Extension Override Transaction Failing for Weekly Precompute Loans

When User Tries to Post Extension Override Transaction on Weekly Precompute Loan, posting fails with message "Account is serious delinquent. Extension is not allowed. (SYS-SYS-SYS-TXN-000492)".
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The ability to back-date any of collection transactions should be made possible, but not prior to the existing Back-Date limit on any account. And also, system should not fail with message "Account is serious delinquent. Extension is not allowed. (SYS-SYS-SYS-TXN-000492)" during posting of Extension Override Transaction on Weekly Precompute Loan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Step 1) Check posting of extension override transaction on weekly precompute accounts based of following System parameters values.
             a. DDT_CREATE_DUE_DATE_HISTORY- Y
             b. TPE_CALC_DELQ_CTR_USING_DDH - Y
             c. TPE_DELQ_CORRECTION_BACKDATED - Y
             d. TPE_OLDEST_DUE_DT_NEW_MTHD - N
 Step 2) Verify for Weekly Pre-Compute Accounts with delinquent Calculation Method as Days.
 Step 3) Verify Posting of Extension Override Transaction on Weekly Precompute Loan get successful posting without any errors.

Due to this issue, users cannot Post Extension Override Transaction on Weekly Precompute Loan.
