Symptoms


Observed issue with some of the discount calculations and have observed that these issues are directly correlated with how balance impacts are applied. When a product configured with a cycle-forward arrear event has two balance impacts defined

—one for a monetary resource and the other for a non-monetary resource

—observed discounting behavior where granted a scaled amount.

Specifically, computeDiscount() grants an absolute discount of -0.9515477792732.

However, if there is only a single monetary balance impact on the product for the same event type, and it is not prorated, then observed a scaling of -1.
