Symptoms

Steps:

After applying Patch 36600184, the user has an intermittent issue where the balance group's (balgrp) balances are incorrectly updated, although event_bal_impacts is correct, where both balgrp and event_bal_impacts amounts are correct.

Patch 36600184 has been applied to fix the issue "REL : TX - row lock contention BAL_GRP_T"

Patch 36600184 has been applied to fix "REL : TX - row lock contention BAL_GRP_T" which is causing Intermittenly balgrp balances are incorrectly updated though event_bal_impacts
