STALE DATA Error When Attempting To Receive DSD- OTF Order On HH (Doc ID 3035500.1)

Symptoms

Users are receiving the STALE DATA error when attempting to receive a DSD-OTF order.

1. Log into SIM Handheld device
2. Scan barcode of item UPC or (toggle Shift 2) to Enter Supplier number
3. Container Summary menu -> Save -> Enter to continue
4. Receipt Summary Menu -> Select Additional Details -> ADD Invoice info -> Press ESC key
5. Receipt Summary Menu -> Edit Container -> ADD CONTAINER -> select item recieving
6. Container Summary Menu -> To receive by Item
7. Got STALE DATA error as below

STALE DATA error also impacts MPS Message Table: When user receives STALE DATA error during DSD OTF RECEIVING, it also causes DSDReceiptCre message is being generated without originCountryId value and stuck in MPS table.
