ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Setpoint analog updates are not being processed successfully by the services causing Volt/Var Optimization (VVO) plans to fail.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting that the setpoints would be updated without delay through the RTDBAdapter to DDService.
