E2B Import Did Not Create Follow-up Row in the General Tab When Initial Receipt Date is the Same as Follow-up Receipt Date (Doc ID 3036578.1)

Goal


While accepting an Imported E2B for Follow-up to an existing case, the Follow-Up Entry Is Not Reflected under the General Tab.
 
This occurs with the scenarios while importing an E2B, executing a Duplicate Search and accepting E2B as a Follow-Up

Steps to repeat:

1. Transmit an Initial E2b Report with Initial Receipt Date 10-OCT-2024. On the receiver Argus database it will be successfully listed as initial on the E2B Pending screen. Accept the case.
2. Transmit a Follow-Up #1 E2b Report for the same case with Significant Follow-up Date 10-OCT-2024. On the receiver Argus database it will be successfully listed as FU. Accept the case.
3. Open the case to which the follow-up was added and note that no follow-up entry exists on the general tab.

Note: The same issue occurs if accepting the follow-up case using the accept initial as a follow-up option.


The case is updated successfully, E2B is attached in the notes and attachments Tab, but the Follow-Up Row is not created in the general tab.
