On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.8.0 version, 5G gateway

Consider Charging Function (CHF) has connections towards Network Repository Functions (NRF), Policy Control Function (PCF) and Service Communication Proxy (SCP)

Does CHF send HTTP Ping towards NRF, PCF and SCP? Why HTTP PING is required and can one disable it? If not,what is the frequency one need to put?
