On : 11.3.0.29 version, Requirements
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user selects the Mark - All Option on the Requirement Screen to update the Requirements Status,
the system acknowledges the selection however all of Requirements Status does not change.
The Requirements Status remains with the old Status.
If the user selects Mark - Selected Option and chooses a Status, then the individual Requirement Status will be updated.
The user is also successful if they select the individual Requirement and update the Status as well.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a user selects the Mark - All Option on the Requirement Screen to update the Requirements Status,
All Requirements Statuses should reflect the new changes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Open a Policy.
3. Click on Requirements.
4. From the Requirements Screen, Select Mark - All then select a Status ex: Overdue.
5. The system displays an 'Update Requirement Status' Form to confirm the changes.
6. Click on Ok, the screen refreshes however the Requirements still have the old Status.
