Symptoms

After installing Primavera Gateway the login page loads but the login fields are not available. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Gateway.
2. Browse to <HOST>\gateway .
3. Text boxes for username and password are missing.
