Symptoms
DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE

Rating Engine is failing.
We are unable to identify the root issue, we have verified the following:
- Database (OCAC): size, health, cpu, etc. We have other Insbridge DB under the same PDB and they have no issues.
- SSL Cert
- VPN tunnel with our Quoter.
- Rating Packages integrity
- Overall JVM health
