Goal

1.Scroll bar is missing on Payment Details screen in Billing care 15

   Steps to follow:

   Open Account in billing care
   Switch to bills tab and open any bill having 2 or more payments.
   select action tab -> then select "Move payment to suspense" or "Reverse Payment"
   Which opens All Payments screen
   Select any payment and click on Payment Details

    In the Payment Details screen,scroll bar is missing and hence actions are not visible which might lead to confusion.

2.While performing payment in billing care on make payment screen "save" and ''continue to manually allocate'' buttons are not visible.
    if screen resolution is 100 then tabs are not visible, after zooming out it is visible.
