Goal

TF User Guide (8.1.2.5.0) - Sector 4.4.1.3 (Page 33):
In the Alert List, the Senior Superviaor can use [Bulk Update] feature to assign the alerts to assignee, but this could not be used in practice.
The dropdown list for assignee is listing down all of the UserID.
Customer has least 1500 ~ 2000 users (300+ branches and 5+ persons per branch),
It is very difficult to find the specific assignee by user ID as employee ID.
It supposed should display as user ID (code) + (branch code + user name) (value), and narrow down search result by user’s name or branch code.
--> Is there any way to adjust the content of the drop down list?
