Symptoms
Client is facing Unique Constraint Error When Marking SAR Process Complete due to below issue in ECM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM
==========================
1. Login to ECM
2. Choose a report with 3 suspects that has same account mapped.
3. Fill all the details and generate SAR
4. Now navigate to USSUP and then open the report and validate all the details approve the report and generate efile.
5. After choosing report and clicking on SAR process complete and save the details , we are getting UNIQUE CONSTRAINT(OFSAAATM.pk_2696 violated) ERROR
