Goal

The customer sees an error when more than 99 chracteristics are added.

- Unable to create/save a case when more than 99 characteristics are added.
- Unable to add characteristics once the maximum limit in the CASE_CHAR list is reached.

Is there a significant reason for having a maximum limit of 99?
