Symptoms
The user attempts to Custom Print a Business Process record and receives a blank window instead of the data expected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier.
- Navigate to Project_XYZ > Business Process_ABC > Open record 0001 > More Actions > Print > Custom > PDF (template is available and selected).
- Observe that the PDF does not render instead displays a blank window.
