Custom Print for a Business Process Record Opens a Blank Window (Doc ID 3039983.1)

Symptoms

The user attempts to Custom Print a Business Process record and receives a blank window instead of the data expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Business Process_ABC > Open record 0001 > More Actions > Print > Custom > PDF (template is available and selected).
  3. Observe that the PDF does not render instead displays a blank window.
