In an environment on non-RAC DB, When attempting to run complete refresh data collections, Planning Data Pull request fails.

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner(R) -> Collections -> Oracle Systems -> Standard Collections -> Enter the parameters and Click on Submit.

The key error observed from log file is:

"Planning Data Pull process failed when waited for workers' acknowledgment of COMMIT."
