Symptoms

When attempting to run data extraction for cloud with filter on category set, Data extraction Pre-processor fails.

NAV: Advanced Planning Administrator (R) -> View /Requests /Submit a New Request - choose Extract Data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud

The following error could be seen in the log file
