Symptoms

When attempting to log into Java client the user receives error message

Error:
You do not have logon access to this client. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

Steps:
1. Launch browser
2. Log into Agile Java Client
3. Error appears in browser window "You do not have logon access to this client. Please contact your administrator for assistance."
