Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 22.12.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the Filter to "Show records that are not downloaded", the Unifier Android mobile application does not display all of the Business Process (BP) records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to use the filter to display those BP records that had not been previously downloaded to view.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Android Mobile App.
  2. Attempt to view a Business Process log.
  3. Notice that the application has a limit of 200 records by default. This limit is imposed to prevent performance issues when trying to load more than that.
  4. However, when using the "Show records that are not downloaded" filter condition, Unifier is only displaying 5 records and is not displaying other records that had not been previously downloaded.
