Goal

The Upload template for the Merchandising Invoice not having the provision for adding Non-Merchandise Cost details. In the ReIM UI spreadsheet upload the templates are not having the provision for adding Non-Merchandise Costs. Both Merchandising Invoice With Details - Tax and Merchandising Invoice With Details - NO Tax are not having Non-Merchandise Costs.
