Symptoms
On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Accumulation Data Search using Billable Chare ID is not working.
Accumulation Data UI is not fetching any data when user tries to search using billable charge id.
Users should be able to search the accumulation data using billable charge Id filter.

Billable charge search on Accumulation Data screen should work.
STEPS
----------
1. Set up ASO Customer to generate accumulation billable charges.
2. Navigate to Accumulation Data screen and select Billable charges Search.
3. Search for different Billable charge Id & Accumulation Type.
