Goal

The user is implementing Active-Active Disaster Recover (DR) setup for Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), whereas Billing an Revenue Management (BRM) is Active-Passive. The user is looking for DR performance benchmark specifically for the below parameters.

Recovery time objective (RTO)
Recovery point objective (RPO)
Network latency between Primary and DR - max latency that Oracle Stack is expecting.
Network latency for charging system (camel, diameter, MAP) - max latency that Oracle Stack is expecting.
