Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace

When attempting to login to web workspace, the following error appeared in the client log:

2024-07-24 06:28:51.488Z [AWT-EventQueue-0] ERROR com.splwg.oms.client.login.LoginHelper: Login failed

The users were not able to log in to Web Workspace.

Changes

 The database connection string was set to use an LDAP connection.
