Unable To Load The Newsfeed With Custom Local File In Billing Care

Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Billing Care
After creating one newsfeed local file i.e newsfeed.en_UK and loaded with command 'load_localized_strings newsfeed.en_UK', when trying to view the Newsfeed details in Billing Care the following error occurs:

"Unable to load the newsfeed".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy newsfeed.en_US to newsfeed.en_UK
2. Translate the strings in newsfeed.en_UK
3. Load using load_localized_strings
4. Add resource bundle BillingCareResources_en_UK.xlf through SDK to Billing Care (placed the file under customization
Path: BillingCareCustomizations\src\java\custom\configurations\BillingCareResources_en_UK.xlf)
5. Update the language in Browser to match en_UK (i.e United Kingdom)
6. Login to Billing Care and verify
