Symptoms

In Object Administration > Object Migration > Import Objects, when you go to create an Import definition, there are no items listed in the "Dump File" list of values.  The field is blank / empty and has "no matches found".

The DMP files do exist in /<ftpshare>/ObjectMigration/metadata/restore.

Checking the nohup.out from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin, errors like the one below exist:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /u04/ftpshare/ObjectMigration/metadata/restore/GL_DIH.DMP (No such file or directory)

Additionally, checking the web layer FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log, you can see the DMP list is blank:

[21-08-24 18:09:23,429 GMT PM] [INFO ] [WEB] [AMHM] [NA] [MIGRATIONHANDLER] dump list : []

Note: You should also check the App Layer RevAppserver.log and SMSService.log for errors.
