Unable to Convert a Non-partitioned Class to A Partitioned Class (Doc ID 3048439.1)

Goal

Customer has created a custom non-partitioned class through PODL  and then tried to convert the same into a partitioned class as per steps given in Oracle documentation.

Successfully executed all the mentioned steps but the table is not partitioned.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Created a non-partitioned class using pin_deploy/ storable class editor.

2. Ran perl script partitioning.pl.
