Unable to deploy Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) Cloud Native Environment (CNE) 12.0.0.8.0 in Openshift

Admin-server-app and Node-manager does not start while doing fresh installation of OCOMC R12 PS8 in Openshift 4.10 and 4.12
