Symptoms

While adding Item Relationship to task, an additional item is added at the same time

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open a created task
2) Delete 1 or more rows(items) from Content Tab
3) Actions -> Save as
4) Fill the fields (name, description, Select All Optional Content)
5) Modify Schedule Start End Date, Save it
6) Add button in the Content Tab
7) Write Item name pattern then search
8) Choose one with double click
9) If the issue does not appear go to the first step
