Symptoms
When attempting to configure the Gateway settings in P6 and Unifier, the following errors occur.
ERROR

Could not connect to the server. Please enter valid Gateway parameters
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Web.
2. Go to Administrator ->Application Settings -> Gateway
3. Click the Add or Refresh button under Integration Parameters
Note: In Unifier the drop-down menus to select the synchronizations may be blank.
