OCSG Mobile Originate Traffic Not Printed After Applying PS3 And Temp Patch (Doc ID 3048843.1)

Symptoms

Customer applied PS3 patch on OCSG system for LOG4j and WebLogic vulnerabilities. After applying patch SMPP MO logs were not getting printed in NT logs and log timestamp is showing as JAN 10.

To fix this we provided a temp patch 35912826.

After applying the temp patch the timestamp issue is gone but SMPP MO logs still not getting printed.


Apart from the MO logs, additionally customer cloud not see any service API logs in the OCSG NT logs when triggered.
