AFTER INSTALLING PATCH 32817825, NO CHARGES FOR THE ITEM IF THE NEW RATE VERSION IS SET TO THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE BILL SEGMENT START DATE

No charges for the item if the new rate version is set to the next day after the bill segment start date
