8126: OOB Case Management Workflow Not Working Properly

Symptoms
We are unable to close a case in ECM through Approve or reject recommendation in ECM. After approving or rejecting the case remains in Pending Review status. Kindly assist us

STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM

1. Create a case
2. Go to Case details page. Case will be in Investigation status.
3. Take action "
Recommend Close and Generate SAR" with analyst User.
4. Case status will be changed to Pending Review
5. Now login with Supervisor User and take "Approve Recommendation" action.
6. Case status still remains in "Pending Review"
