ML4AML Conda Environment is not changing from pipeline.

Steps to verify:

1. Access the application

2. click on the workspace

3. click on the modelling

4. click on the pipelines.

5. Add draft

6. Click on the notebook.

7. select the conda environment.

Expected :
it should allow to change.

Actual:
It is not allowing to change.
