ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Can't cancel a Transfer Process Flow that has reached the "Person and Account Details" Panel.

DESCRIPTION: The following error is shown when you try to cancel a Transfer Service Request Process Flow that has reached panel 4 (Person and Account Details): "Neither Add nor Update action was performed on the person. Ensure that CS Request Person information used to add/update the person is correct."
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The process should be transferred.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load the account to transfer in Control Central. On the Current Customer Zone, click on the "Moving Premise" dropdown and select Transfer Service.
2. Provide the necessary information on the panels until you reach panel 4 (Person and Account Details).
3. Cancel the Process Flow by clicking on the Cancel button at the bottom left corner of the panel. After which the following error will be shown: "Neither Add nor Update action was performed on the person. Ensure that CS Request Person information used to add/update the person is correct."
