Symptoms

Running AUT version 1.7.8.5 resulted in an error stating "Unsupported Agile Upgrade version: 9.3.525.28."
Customer was upgrading from 9.3.6.0 RUP 20 to RUP 28.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit aut.properties.
2. Run AUT.
3. Get error mentioned above.
