DGW Error 5030 is Not Showing Subscription-Id In The DGW Logs In ERROR Mode (Doc ID 3050626.1)

Symptoms

Currently, DIAMETER_USER_UNKNOWN error is shown as below in the Diameter Gateway(DGW) logs with ERROR mode. This is having SessionId, however Subscription-Id is not present.
Customer requirement is to print the Subscription-Id in this error message along with SessionId.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
.
1. Set diameter.framework module log level as as ERROR

2. Initiate a CCR-I (Credit Control Request Initial) for an unknown MSISDN (Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number).
