Symptoms

User reported issue while taking action as below.

When marking a match (inside the CS alert) as true match or false positive, a message of error appear saying:
"Access checks failed, please revisit"

steps to verify:
1. Access the Customer screening application.

2. Click on the alert.

3. Take action

Expected result:
The user should take an action.

Actual result:
The user was unable to take action.

Error encountered:

"Access checks failed, please revisit"
