Getting Error When App Status App From Rejected:Auto Rejected -> Rejected:Rehashing, Multiple Applic (Doc ID 3058916.1)

Symptoms

System is throwing error when user tries to change status from Rejected:Auto Rejected to Rejected: Rehashing when multiple applicant exist.

Primary and Spouse relationship type applicant exist on applicant and Bureau call invoked.Due to File Freeze for Primary applicant, Bureau did not send back score but send credit score for Spouse Applicant.

As per scoring model, application status changed to Rejected: Auto Rejected
Now user is trying to manually re-decision application, hence changing status to "Rejected: Rehashing", however facing following issue faced:

 OFSLL Error Msg :
 Ora Error Code : 1422
 Ora Error Msg : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an application with multiple applicants having CRB Pull as Y
2. Ensure that application status is updated as Rejected-Auto Rejected
3. Update the application status from Rejected-Auto Rejected to Rejected-Rehashing.
