Pegging for Planned Orders Not Showing Component Demands (Doc ID 3058990.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 19, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 12.2.6.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While running an Enforce Capacity Constrained (ECC) plan, users are unable to see pegging details related to the planned order that is being suggested.

For example:

(-) Pegging for XXXXXX/TST:M1 Qty 54.2 on 10-JAN-2025 23:59:00 (Sales Orders 177132.ORDER ENTRY(17.1))
   (-) XXXXXX/TST:M1 Qty 54.2 Pegged Qty 54.2 on 10-JAN-2025 23:59:00 (Planned order)

The pegging information does not display the corresponding Planned Order Demand and subsequent Planned Orders for the subcomponents and components related to the assembly.

The expectation is that the users should see additional supply and demand pegging information for this item and it's subcomponents and components.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation: Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Enter the necessary parameters to run the ECC plan
