Scheduled Reports Are Failing Intermittently When Request Is Routed to External Server (Doc ID 3059724.1)

Symptoms

Scheduled reports in Agile are failing intermittently.

Since recently scheduled reports are working in some timings and not working in some timings.

For example, 8 custom reports were scheduled to run the 1st of every month.

1 custom report failed to run on June 1. However, 7 and out of the 8 custom reports did get created on June 1.

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule custom reports.
2. Reports fail randomly.
