Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communication Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) that support 64-bit data types, the Change Call Data Record (CCDR) Feature Node (FN) silently fails to write date/timestamps profile tags to the Advanced Control Services (ACS) Event Data Record.

If debug is enabled, the following will be logged:

If debug is not enabled, then the only visible symptom is a missing EDR tag in the final ACS EDR.

In previous versions of NCC/3C when all data types were 32-bit, this was not a problem.
