ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When try to open the psPackageexport after login successfully in edge browser the launch button did not pop up the window of the tool

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Oppm package export tool window should be able to pop up

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Export Portfolio Management Package from Windows search
2. Login the edge browser window it launch
3. Click on Launch button on the edge page but the expected export package window did not show up

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the export package tool
