(Doc ID 3060130.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing Cloud Service - Version 5.0.0.0.0 to 7.0.0.0.0 [Release 5 to 7]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Multiple Zones are not working in a Template for its Binding Variables.
Based on the requirement, we have created two separate Zones (CM_CUSTCLASS1 and CM_UKCSACT) and attached them to Template (UKCS_IDBSEG_T) as a binding Variable.
Template we are using into Settlement construct's Include Usage/invoice account Zone which derives the accounts based on these zone values.
However in Both Binding variables, internally same Zone is getting called instead of the separate Zones defined first in the Template.
