Symptoms


Actual: The account receives multiples updates and Elastic Charging Enginer (ECE) is throwing one notification for each update and at the end the customer receives more than 30 notifications in this moment.
Expected: Only one notification when the account overlaps the fixedCreditThresholds=[-100.0].
