Refund/Write Off Screen Does Not Pull Payments That Are 180 Days Old And Older (Doc ID 3062432.1)

Goal

If we are using the Refund/Write Off page and request the refund, it does not display payments that are 180 days and older.

Replication steps:

1) Choose an account that has payments older than 180 days.

2) Go to the Create Refund/Write Off Request screen.

3) Navigate to Payment and Adjustment.

4) Payments older than 180 days do not show up.
