Tran Code 70 Not Created For Book Transfer With Negative Quantity in Warehouse (Doc ID 3063242.1)

Symptoms

For store to warehouse book transfers TRAN_CODE 70 is not created even if stock on hand of Warehouse is negative if TO_DISPOSITION is TRBL.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Set warehouse stock on hand to negative.
2. Store and DC should have different AV_COST (WAC).
3. Create book transfer from store to warehouse with to disposition = 'TRBL'.
4. Validate TRAN_DATA, no TRAN_CODE 70 created for WAC variance.
