Resource Assignments Page in P6 Professional Does Not Load for Some Layouts When Startup Filters Are Set to "View all data (No Filter)" (Doc ID 3078625.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resource Assignments page in P6 Professional does not load for some Layouts when Startup Filters are set to "View all data (No Filter)".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Resource Assignments Page will load without issue regardless of Startup Filter settings.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to P6 Pro.
  2. Open a Project.
  3. Go to Project > Resource Assignments.
  4. Notice page loads successfully.
  5. Go to Edit > User Preferences > Startup Filters
  6. Change all Startup Filter options from "Current project data only" to "View all data (No Filter)".
  7. Click Close.
  8. Log out of P6 Pro.
  9. Log-on to P6 pro again.
  10. With the same project open, go to Project > Resource Assignments.
  11. Notice Resource Assignments page does not load.
