Symptoms

You are running the Installation verification for Oracle Clinical 4.5,
now when you try to Default a Character Layout the Job is failing with the message
"79940: Completed with RECEIVE_FAILED status -".

The navigation path you are following is:
Definition => DCMs => DCMs | Special => Default Character Layout

You are getting the following errors in the log file:
Job Submitted. Batch Job Id=53
Waiting to receive message from client....
ERROR:ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

Daemon continuing.
ERROR: Error in receiving message. Status=99
Waiting to receive message from client....
