Ora-942 At Runtime When Calling A Derivation Proc (Doc ID 342933.1)

Symptoms

Execution of a derivation procedure results in: ORA-942 table or view does not exist

ie:
Login to OC>Definition>Derivation Procs>Procedures and select a study >click on
a Provisional procedure and Special>Execute in Test in Debug mode.

the job fails, resulting in status = FAILURE

Here the derivaton procedure  is calling a standalone package.function(), and the ORA-942 is occurring inside
package.function().
