Error starting HTTP service during the installation of Oracle Clinical or AERS (Doc ID 357147.1)

Symptoms

During the installation of the Application server for the production version of Oracle Clinical/AERS, the following error comes up when starting the HTTP service:

Could not start the OracleiSuitesHTTPServer service on Local Computer.
The service did not return an error.
This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error.
If the problem persists, contact your system administrator
